AARP Now App Reviews

I am a pretty generous man. But this app has got to be one of the worst apps I have ever used. Most all links do not work. You can rarely access your card. I dont know what to say except it just doesnt work. You truly would be better off by not having this app at all. Its terrible.

Amazing app in keeping up with lifestyle events!

Mostly a waste of time

It would be very helpful to be able to search AARPs website for specific topics.

It appears the app is operating in limited capacity with a hugh potential to do much more. Please add an AARP sign-in option on the app and also include an update option for basic membership profile. The membership card feature with the members photo embedded is a very nice touch.

I enjoy the little quizzes to earn points. The reason I gave only 4 stars is because I cant find anywhere on site to enter the instant win after answering the questions. Also this review site disappeared after I wrote a review - it told me my user name had already been taken. So I had to rewrite the review and now it may do the same thing if user name is taken.

I renewed my AARP membership 4-1-15 and wonder how long does it take for my MEMBERSHIPS card will show up on my App? I gave this app a 2 due to this and crashing often! Please use all our money in dues to make a good app and access! Your 10 yr member!!!

Please consider making it possible to add the membership card to passbook. It would be more convenient.

I am a recent aarp member and am starting to enjoy the benefits and was pleased to see an app available. The app is terrible. Bombarded by ads to install more aarp apps, article headers that go no where, etc. Im a paying member and this is the treatment I get? Give a tool I can use. Im a computer professional and this is Not the app I would spec out to provide my customers.

This is a Senior Site but the print is so small....geez !! I tried to lay the Hames Cant read any of the printed directions One star. Or even less

I downloaded the app to begin with because I was told it would give me easy access to a contest. I have yet to find the contest. I browsed the app. I saw something about a quiz for memory and clicked on it. What I got was 10 easy tips about memory, an awfully lot of floating advertisements, more articles I might like on memory, but no access to the quiz. Each thing I tried to look at was difficult to get to and surrounded by so much advertisement it was almost impossible to see. This is pitiful. My spouse is a lifetime member. AARP needs to get up to par with everyone else and figure out how to link their app to their memberships and, if nothing else, remove advertisements for members. Theyll need to do a lot more to make this app worth using, but that would at least be a start.

No way to reach support if you try it only takes you to another App. Cant access my wifes membership card to put on her phone Setting menu is very limited. Needs a lot more work.

I joined AARP and downloaded this app!! It apparently doesnt link with my account. DONT DOWNLOAD THIS. Please fix it!! Would love to use this with my card.

Cannot use because the app is constantly telling me I need an internet connection when I have an internet connection - I can google, use Facebook, send emails, but cant use this app. Thumbs down.

just provide an app overloaded with advertising that feels like it is from the original iPhone era. Perhaps AARP should repurpose 0.001% of their licensing revenues from UnitedHealth and do something USEFUL for their members like hiring a REAL app developer. Whose brother-in-law coded this mess?

I am on iOS 9.0.2. This app will not let me login to my AARP account and will not let me enter my email address in order to reset my password. It is a useless app as currently designed.

All about apps which you cant even close. Little useful, meaningful, information. Deleted w/h 10 minutes of download!

Here it is February and one of the Apps latest stories. Number 2 on the list is who has milestone birthdays in September. Nothing is ever updated on this app. Another reason to question membership in the AARP They want your dues but really just give lip service to about any benefits. You can find as good or better deals this day and age using your phone or computer.
