App needs a lot of work. Why are there offers for the Grand Canyon when Im searching for my vacation in Missouri? Clicking the link to a restaurant in Branson takes me to the wrong restaurant. I downloaded and deleted this app a few years ago and now I know why.

Saved me some money (and gave me extra points) using the local feature in the app at Walgreens.

Flew first class for price LESS than coach ticket on BA. Had no idea about this until the app. Also saved on Hilton! Thanks AARP. Also, love Apple Pay: didnt have to type my card number when I renewed. Very easy. Will definitely check discounts here first!

The good (or great, actually): I found this app extremely useful. I daily watch the news video and read the news. It loads super fast and the news bits are very interesting and give a good daily summary. Outside of messages app and maps app, this is probably my most used app on the phone. Photos for deals and events are downright beautifull!!! I dont use many deals, and havent gone to any events (yet) but the pictures alone make them feel very compelling. Despite that, I find myself periodically scrolling through those feeds just to look at photos. Beautiful! For that alone, five stars! Having my card info show up is nice, but havent found the use for it yet. Can I use it anywhere in a store? The bad: I could not figure out what goes with what. The little arrows (my son showed me) are TINY and sometimes they blur with the pictures... I understand they are trying to keep the images pretty, but context is useful too. Can AARP hire a graphics designer to help out with those issues? The ugly: So, i noticed there are section headings under news video or other sections: font is TINY. Can barely read that. Can you increase it? It makes some things blur together. I thik its the same problem on event photos... Which brings me to colors: news page is mostly fine, but the other pages... that green and orange... contrast is awful. Can someone pick a better, more contrasting color. And i noticed these 80s clipart icons and I know AARP is a non-profit, trying to save money, but could you use one of the free icon sets that has beautiful icons rather old clipart? And another thing I noticed, i realized recently that when I save a deal, it does a little checkmark in the corner... I think its failing at what its trying to show: i think something more prominent would be useful... like a little flag you use for ads but for saved? It would at least be harder to miss....

I like the news: very nice overview of whats happening. The color contrasts are a bit light but member discounts are nice, but sometimes when I try to load I get stuck. It seems to go to website. Is there a way to open in safari?

..there is one frustrating feature. Ive been an AARP member for many years. But within the app, whenever I try to log into my account, it only works by taking me to the website (staying in the App), but in the actual AARP Now app, it assumes Im not a member and asks me to sign in by joining AARP and paying for a membership. There is no option to sign into an existing account in the app itself. This is a simple flaw that needs to be fixed.

The news features are good, but the offers area needs a lot of work.

It would nice if the Travel Center had a mobile app.

Redirects to login after entering uid & pw. Displaying my member card for merchant discount is the primary benefit of the app. I had to pay full boat for a popcorn and icee at the movies last night, not cool.

I didnt think it could be as bad as some reviewers said. After all, I just downloaded the app so I could have my membership card handy without having to actually carry it. Boy was I wrong! After spending 15 in the loop of hell, where the app repeatedly suggests that I downloaded the AARP app, then not recognizing my wifi connection, I was done. There is nothing here to add value to my membership. Im so disappointed with the lack of useful content.

Now I cannot log into the app at all. Keeps telling me I am not connected to the Internet when obviously I am. Hope the developers fix it. Like accessing my card through the app.

You report the error they dont care. What good is the app if the card wont load. Endless loop that Im not connected and to sign in. Deleted app and reinstalled still not working. Dont waste your time until they bother fixing this.

Something changed. I can not log into the app to display my membership card. I press login and it just blinks and returns to the screen Please fix asap

Im pretty computer savvy and I am completely unable to even log in on this app. How do expect someone with little skill to use it if someone with great skill cant. Disappointed !!

I think the app works great and I appreciate it.

Unit was working great, then all of a sudden I cant use the membership card anymore! This has been going on for weeks. For such a huge organization you would think they could fix it!

Worthless app. Not worth your time! This app delivers absolutely nothing!

Whats the use if you cant login and see your membership info.

I dont like being associated with a group that would write an app like this. The only worth while features were the music and the shake to display your card; now it does neither. Embarrassing!
