AARP Now App Reviews

App was great but now signing in and membership card will NOT work. Please fix waited for 2 months to get fixed.

I use it everyday for news, interpretation of health laws, political positions important to Seniors, medical advice, medication interactions, healthy lifestyle info, warnings and links to other important or interesting material. Great little app to have.

This app just doesnt work. At all. Surprised it made it through Apples app review process.

I am grateful to be able to get current, pertinent information that I can actually use. I enjoy the news, links specific to seniors & various departments that keep me well informed and up to date. This becomes more important to me as I get closer to retirement, after 30-plus years of teaching. Thank you.

Easy to navigate and very informative information

Second or third time I have installed app. Virtually impossible to log in and display membership card. This has been a long-standing problem. Doesnt anyone read these reviews and fix this frustrating thing?? Deleting app again.

Please make it possible to make the AARP card available in Apple Wallet. I have been frustrated and embarrassed as Ive inconvenienced people trying to log in, waiting for the app to load, and then getting a network failure message. I am now using CardStar, not the AARP app, to access my card. Can you please work on the app?

This app is good. Im excited to use the discounts.

Displaying your membership card is so small as to be practically useless. Can we tap the card and actually get it sized to be legible without readers?

Its nice that it remembers my login and I can show the card for discounts. Also nice to have discounts listed right in the app.

Love the quick news videos and articles, plus this app makes it super easy to find discounts that are nearby. Its smooth and easy to use.

After the update this app is totally useless.

Love being able to see deals based on my location. Events seem pretty interesting too, didnt know they have so many.

Very cool. Love the news minute: watch it every morning. Wish member card had barcode or wallet. Discounts are also cool.

Tried to register four times. Keep getting message, "Something went wrong on our end." Seriously? Quickly deleted.

Difficult to use and not user friendly. I have found this to be true of all the AARP apps and the website. Difficult to navigate and you cant log in even with the right member number and password. Frustrating and not useful at all. I just deleted it.

This is not bad but the amount of times the app rested that I sign-in after my initial sign-in a inconvenient. Why I tried to book travel the app requested that I sign in again. During the sign-in process I had to type in my email address this section is not optimized for email; meaning you have use the shift keys to type the @ sign and you have to manually type I .com. The email frills needs to be optimized so the @ a .com show up as options.

Nice to have a list of discounts my membership gives me so readily accessible. Using them, though, is a bit confusing, but dont think its the app issue per se. Also, events seem a little confusing, but its nice to see whats going on nearby, though not sure if its AARP membership only or just general events, etc.

You have to have multiple AARP apps to have a similar experience to the website; like 3 or more. Info on this app is too limited even though I like the local events features. Needs a menu icon to select from for a more comprehensive function/experience. Gonna delete it. :(
